You will lose plenty of users because of the new editor. I used to love your service, and I just renewed it a couple of months ago (I am a premium user), but you don't know how much I HATE the new editor.

All buttons in CMS is not working - SO WORDPRESS - YOU SUCK! You destroy work of people, do not check if things working or not, you make life harder instead of easier... WTF!?!

THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! I WAS USING ELEMENTOR PLUGIN AND SINCE THE UPDATE IT HAS COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED, AND EVERYTHING ON MY SITE HAS GONE BACK TO BASIC. I TRIED TO REINSTALL IT BUT IT KEEPS SAYING INSTALLATION FAILED SUE TO DESTINATION ALREADY EXISTS. I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE ABOUT THIS AND I AM FED UP. I NEED THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY.

Alrighty! Since I can't seem to find a way to call into customer support or email or something, I will pose my inquiry here. I can't believe there isn't a solid way for email marketing within WP or WP Easy Cart. I believe I inquired about it before and was told it wasn't possible. I can't believe that. Can you direct me to that or provide instruction for how to setup email marketing. I have the premium edition of WP EC. Thanks

Hello...All my savings from yesterday are gone today. It was everything fine, but when I opened my website today, all the changes from yesterday were gone. 🙁 Has anybody an idea what to do? First of all; HUGE fan, I've used WP for almost 10 years now as my go-to CMS to train clients on:) That being said; can you stop changing things all the time? it's becoming difficult to train clients on your system that looks different every time they open it, adding functionality makes sense but pick a style & ride it for a little while please. Feel free to ignore this if you feel that I'm wrong BUT this constant change is making me look at your competitors as more viable options. Incredible work otherwise & your work is much appreciated!!!

Why you force us to update WordPress version and later on all functions of website didnt work... this policy is super unfair to users... all functions in CMS such as date of publication and other functions DO NOT WORK... other things on website DISSAPEAR!

I’ve been a huge fan and builder of many WordPress sites over the past 20+ years. But the move to the new block builder is killing me due to all the issues with plugins built for the classic editor. I keep trying to work through it and now many of the features that should work are not: like media.

I'm not sure how else to contact WordPress as we can't get into our site... so I will try here: We have lost our website access somewhere. The company/guy who has been hosting it for the last couple years, has essentially disappeared and we have no way of contacting him. So now we can't get in to the back end of our site. None of our logins work and the usual link to get into our site shows a 404not found message... even though we have owned our site since 2010. He was an administer on the site, but we still owned the site. We just don't know what to do right now. Hoping someone can help.

Hello, after an updating two of my sites become soon as broken! Elementor pages and Envato creating pages also became invisible, the Elementor editor is not load, one of my site's theme and common elements became absolutely chaostic vision! How to re-update to the previous version of WP? Its horable!

After installing 5.5 I wasn't able to create or change any new pages or posts because the editor was broken somehow. I coud not change from text to visual or to block editor (usually I use the classic editor) or to my page builder plugin. Nothing worked even after deactivating all plugins. So I downgraded to 5.4 and everything works fine again.

Hi! Just a simple question, I have a Blossom theme pro activated and when I go on dashboard/pages, I have nothing listed in the pages list! Its telling me that I have 14 pages but nothing listed so I cannot edit any of those! My pages still work and I can go to my site... Any ideas wath could be the problem? Thanks!
