TODAY 1PM: QLD Border business impacts Zoom forum invitation.

If your business has been impacted by the 8 August QLD border closer you are invited to join us for today’s business forum at 1pm.

Following from session 1 held on Friday 14 August we have the NSW Cross Border Commissioner, James McTavish providing an update on his work and the NSW Government approach, we will also present the findings of our Business Impacts Survey with a current completion of 500 surveys with some Q&A over the hour.

Today is the last day you can apply for a Small Business Recovery Grant. The grant can be used to help up-scale your operations including:
🔨 fit-out changes and temporary physical changes (for example, plastic barriers at checkouts)
📘 staff training and counselling
↪️ business advice and continuity planning
🚰 cleaning products and additional cleaning services
😷 additional equipment necessary to comply with social distancing or other public health measures
📢 marketing, communications and advertising
📶 digital solutions (for example, e-commerce or business websites).
